Taken from the banks of the Colorado River at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort. Â Not a great picture, but shows one of the reasons we love the resort. Â Lots to do, but lots of peaceful relaxation when needed.

One of my thoughts for the new year is to do more writing, here and elsewhere. Traveling and Photography are my favorite things after my family. Ergo, I will bore my multitude of readers with short thoughts, trips and photos. Some old and some new.
A recent drive to an art show in Boca Raton yielded these shots, previously shared on Facebook, but worth repeating. I enjoy a solitary drive where I can stop and shoot when I feel like it without inconveniencing anyone else.
